"SACRED LOVE"
The nude from poetry to paint

This exhibition was conceived above all in order to return to the appreciation and exaltation of the importance of the human body, that wonderful creation which so-called "modern art" has often forgotten, deformed and humiliated.
Afterwards, came the idea of uniting, harmonising and fusing poetry and painting, the more artistic and absorbing medium, able to lend visibility to words, thoughts and emotions.
Therefore, on the basis of short fragments of poetry of the greatest authors of all times, the works making up this exhibition came into being.
The travelling exhibition, consisting of about thirty pastels and oils, will start in Saronno (Sala Nevera from the 6th to the 28th of October, 2007) and then will visit famous art centres such as Florence (Museo Casa di Dante), Mantua and Milan.
